1. Donations

 

Assignment 61:3 INC. deeply appreciates your support in helping us empower individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions. As a nonprofit organization, donations play a vital role in fulfilling our mission.

    •    Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Assignment 61:3 INC. are considered final and non-refundable unless required by law.

    •    Incorrect or Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a donation was made in error, was unauthorized, or there was a processing issue, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for review.

 

2. Event Registrations and Sponsorships

    •    If you have registered for an event or made a sponsorship contribution, refunds may be issued only if the event is canceled by Assignment 61:3 INC.

    •    Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date for consideration.

    •    Sponsorships supporting our programs and initiatives are generally non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Merchandise and Products

 

If Assignment 61:3 INC. sells merchandise or products to support our cause:

    •    Returns: Items must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    •    Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, digital downloads, and promotional items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

    •    Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include original shipping fees, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged.

 

4. Refund Processing

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

    •    If the refund cannot be processed via the original payment method, alternative refund options may be provided.
